仕事内容

教室運営（受付、カウンセリング、スケジュール管理、イベント企画）
英会話や資格試験対策（Eiken®、TOEIC®）のレッスン担当
複数スクールを巡回し、スタッフ・講師と連携して運営をサポート

ネイティブ講師と一緒に働きながら、英語力をさらに磨き、子どもたちの成長に貢献できるやりがいある仕事です。

求める人材

大卒以上（短大卒も可）
英会話力（TOEIC®850点以上目安）
英会話スクール勤務経験者歓迎
海外生活経験者歓迎
日本在住で就労可能なビザをお持ちの方（ビザ更新・スポンサー可）
細かな生徒・保護者ケアができる方

勤務時間・曜日

火～金 12:00～21:00
土 11:00～20:00
※年に3～4回、日曜出勤あり
※週40時間勤務

King Eikaiwa is a well-respected and rapidly growing English school located in the hearts of Oshikuma Town, Nara City, Kizugawa City, and Kyotanabe City. In January 2025, we are opened our fifth branch in Yamatokoriyama City.

Dedicated to providing quality lessons, interactive learning, and memorable experiences, we are looking for a highly motivated teacher to inspire and be part of a great team, looking after adults and children. This is an excellent chance to join a friendly, vibrant, and dynamic team environment. Only NATIVE teachers currently residing in Japan are encouraged to apply. Interviews are conducted face-to-face.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons based on the curriculum enabling the students to progress steadily and assist the kids in passing the regular in-house EIKEN tests and 10 textbook tests per year.
• Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning.
• Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior.
• Build good, open communication with children, families, and staff.
• Undertake administrative tasks as required.

You will need:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A good level of computer literacy for computer-based lessons
• Be punctual and reliable
• Non-smoker

Other details:

• Start date: ASAP 
• Contract: One-year minimum contract followed by an open-ended/permanent contract (longer contracts offer pay rises and longer holidays)
